The Farnworth House
The Farnworth house well today in Architecture class we watched a documentary about the Farn worth house and how it was build and who was the architecture. This was house cost six million dollars to be build and it was only for one person. And it was for a lady. This house has two bathrooms and one kitchen. This house has a beautiful view of the forest and the river that is near there. It's made by glass so when you go inside it feels like if your outside. For more information about this you can go on their website. http://www.farnsworthhouse.org/
The Future On Track Project
Well the past few days in our Architecture class we had to do a project about a Pavilion. My team chose to do a pavilion in a cylinder shape because that's not seen in Pavilions. Well our pavilion has two circle shapes and there is a small circle and a big circle. We decided that our pavilion is going to be made out of PVC Pipes and Bamboo. If this pavilion would be build in real life it would be located at Governor Island. The small pavilion is going to be for presentations and in the bigger pavilion is for like the people to be sitting at. Behind the bigger pavilion there is a window that is like four feet tall and it would help for the people that would want to see the presentation from outside or because they didn't get a seat. The small pavilion has tracks that would help it get into the big pavilion in case of a rain day.

100 Ideas That Changed Architecture
In chapter 8(stair case) what it talks about is the function of stairs and how they can be make out off. In 1888 Gottfried Semper included no less than seven enclosed fire protected stairs are still central to orches trating movement through many public building like theaters and halls. I think stairs are important and elegant sometimes to houses or other things that are more than one floor. And they are also helpful and they have a meaning like if you go upstairs means like if you are going to heaven and like if you have stai
irs in like a garage then it means like your walking to hell.
